Biomedical Engineering (BME) Discovery Day
Tuesday, November 16th from 9:00am-4:20 pm
BME Discovery day is a one-day virtual conference where BME students, faculty, staff, and alumni can come together to foster career exploration and occupational guidance, learn about industry trends, and build relationships through networking.
Logistics: All sessions will be held through Zoom and each session has a corresponding Zoom link. When utilized, breakout rooms will be created ahead of time and labeled so attendees can move autonomously. All sessions will have an Iowa College of Engineering representative to introduce the speaker(s) and facilitate the session when needed.
Prior to the Event:
1. If you have not already, download ZOOM and make sure that you are using the latest version.
2. Consider your attire, virtual background, and overall environment. You are encouraged to treat this like a professional conference.
